1. Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Production

All Anatolia Wool products are made to order, handcrafted individually for each customer. Because of this, we kindly ask you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted only in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The product is incorrect (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)

• There is a manufacturing fault

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos or video clearly showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• You change your mind after production has started

• The item was damaged due to improper use

• The product has been used, washed, or altered

• Slight natural variations occur due to handmade production (texture, wool thickness, minor natural wool differences)

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The item must be returned unused and in its original condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected

2. Exchange Policy

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.

For all other cases, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is our mistake.

All Anatolia Wool products include a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, covering:

• Manufacturing faults

What is not covered?

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use or storage

• Washing or cleaning errors

• Natural variations in color or wool texture
